It has a few bugs still but usually lets me do what I want too when Im not at work

Have had very little difficulty with this app. I have been using it for approx 1year. Very convenient for accessing schedule when not at work.

The software one our main computer is functional but Im not over the moon about it. The iPhone app is not that great. It would be nice to see everyones schedule at the same time. Also I would love to get daily totals while I am away from the spa.

very nice application. Not very powerful but serves the purpose. would prefer to have access to the schedule when the system is turned off.

I think this app is great, but it would be extremely beneficial if their was the option to view all working employees scheduled at once. Also we should have the option to add and edit time blocks within everyones schedule!

Super organizer for small businesses. Helps keep all your appointments and information organized and easy to find. This app is also very easy to use and to figure out! Definitely has saved me lots of confusion and time between schedule changing, prices and appointment timing. Highly recommended!

Some bad moments

The point of this app is to be able to look at the appointment book when not in the salon. Yet when your not there it wont connect saying there is an error at the main computer. It also frequently disconnects you when in the middle of booking an appointment. Its a poorly designed system that needs some serious work. I wouldnt count on it to be working when you need it.

Its buggy at times. I wish it let you do blocked time and not just spots Sometimes it wont connect which is a big pain and its pretty slow to load I still like it just wish it would improve a bit

It would be nice if it worked with any level of cosistencecy ,also it would be useful if it could be use on a iPad .

Just purchased Salon Iris. using it for the first time away from work and within 1/2 hour of use its unable to connect to database at this time. ive rebooted my Iphone. No change. its also saying i have to reboot my computer @ WORK! The main reason i bought this software was so i wouldnt have to go into work to do bookings!!!!!!! Very frustrating

Unable to access my appointments most of the time. I have had no success contacting Salon Iris..... Not much help! Save your money! Dont do the up grade for this feature!

This app never works properly. Its handy when it does work, but 80% of the time it doesnt let me log in, or it wont load my schedule. When I use the run reports all the totals come up as zero, if they dont its some random number that I know is not correct. Useless!! Work out the bugs!!
